CDEC Gaming chose to skip the MDL Disneyland® Paris Major open qualifiers since their mid-laner was still in Sweden playing as a stand-in for PSG.LGD in the DreamLeague Major. With Hongcheng “xm” Guo returned home and with Lu “Maybe” Yao also back from his vacation and resuming his role at PSG.LGD, CDEC are ready to introduce their full line-up.

Apart from xm, CDEC welcome back Guanhong “Victoria/黑凤梨” Chen, who basically started his professional career with CDEC Avenger back in 2016 and afterwards moved to LGD and reached a fourth place at The International 2017. In the post TI8 shuffle Victoria was recruited by Team Root, but despite the star-studded line-up the team didn’t accomplish anything notable and ended up splitting ways with all the players. The two CDEC veterans will be led in battle by Chao “123/Wudi” Shen, a young offlaner who developed his skills under Xu “BurNIng” Zhilei’s guidance at Big God back in 2017. Wudi will continue to play in the offlane, now for CDEC while the full roster, from position 1 to 5 is as follows:

  • Yuhang “Eve” Guo
  • Hongcheng “xm” Guo
  • Chao “123/Wudi” Shen
  • Yifu “James” Zhou
  • Guanhong “Victoria/黑凤梨” Chen

CDEC Gaming have already started to train for the AMD DotaPIT Minor open qualifiers, which are scheduled to commence on the 1st of April.
