Rumors and conspiracies keep coming these days while the roster movements are still not allowed by Riot Games, since the 2020 League of Legends World Championship is still running and the official “players market” season starts next month.
Yesterday we talked about one of the strongest theories that could happen in one of the most legendary organizations in the LEC: Nemesis could be out of Fnatic.
Today, it is time to speak about an even more shocking rumor that is running through the community: according to LEC Wooloo, G2 Esports’ signature player, Luka “Perkz” Perković, will not play for G2 Esports in 2021, “according to multiple League sources”.

The announcement keeps saying: “This decision was made after Perkz wishes to return to the Midlane. Both options of Perkz or Caps filling the spot for G2 have been considered, but Perkz will be the one leaving the roster in the end, sources said“.
The contract of the Croatian player with the titan of the LEC expires in November 2022 but, according to the mentioned sources, “there is a possibility of him playing abroad on loan or after a huge buyout”.
If this is true and the main reason for Perkz to leave his whole-life team is that he wants to go back to the mid lane, it is fair to admit that taking the place of Rasmus “Caps” Borregaard could be something unnegotiable, so Perkz could be looking for options in other teams.
Some people start thinking that this rumor could be linked with the one we spoke about yesterday, and Perkz could be the new mid laner for Fnatic, but nothing about it has been leaked.
For now, the European superstar takes these rumors as a joke, and he even writes tweets like the following:
Rumors are often false guys
Anyways how much NA teams willing to pay for a 9 star general ?
