Alexander ‘s1mple’ Kostylev: Returning to the pro scene and working on a project in CS 2
Alexander “s1mple” Kostylev, reserve player of the NAVI team, shared the approximate timing of his return to the professional Counter-Strike scene. He expressed a great desire to play at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 tournament, however, most likely, he will not have time to take part in it. Instead, his main goal is to take part in the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024, which will be held in China.
“Bro, can you imagine, the major is in Shanghai… This is my goal, to play in this tournament. I especially want to go on stage in front of the Chinese fans. I am already actively preparing for this tournament. Shanghai is just a great place, one of the best , where I happened to visit,” shared s1mple.”
Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024: Expectations and announced prize pool
On October 26, Alexander Kostylev decided to take a break from the competitive scene for an indefinite period of time. On the same day, he announced that he was working on his own project related to CS 2. He intends to help gamers better understand this shooter and improve their skills.
Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 is scheduled for the period from December 1 to 15. The prize fund of the tournament will be $1.25 million. As always, 24 teams from all over the world will take part in it.
