Victor ” togs ” Rapassi is a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive esportsman from Brazil. Started playing career around 2020 playing in obscure mixes from South America. In 2020, he played with DETONA Pound and Imperial at several local tournaments, then RED Canids, with whom he also did not achieve high results.
