Team Singularity announced today that they’ve lost two players to Swole Patron. Victor “food” Wong and Anthony “vanity” Malaspina will join Ryan “freakazoid” Abadir’s Swole Patrol ahead of the 2019 season.
Parting ways with @SNG_Esports. Nothing but good things to say about my teammates and the people running the organization. Update regarding my future soon.

I've parted ways with @SNG_Esports to join @SwolePatrolGG. it truly hurts me to leave the team that propelled to become a much better player than I was before. I know they'll make it; they all have what it takes and I wish them the best of luck.

Food and Vanity joined Singularity last October and helped the team to a first place finish in WESG USA, beating Swole Patrol 2:1. The tail end of the year saw another success for the team, too — a top 4 placement at the ESEA Season 29 Global Challenge.
The move leaves Singularity two people short, but fills up Swole Patrol’s own gaps. Freakazoid’s team lost two players in December as Brandon “-Ace” Winn’s loan ended, returning him to eUnited and as Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro signed a trial period with Cloud9. The parting of ways seems amicable, though, with Singularity’s Cameron “Hydrex” Kern expressing appreciation of his time with food and vanity.
feel very privileged to have played with @vanitycsgo and @food_cs , both of these players have helped me become so much better in a very short amount of time. I know they'll kill it on whatever team they play under! ❤️

Both teams will be missing the action in the Katowice Major, having been eliminated from the NA Minors. Singularity, however, will still have to scramble to fill the two empty spaces. The team is set to participate in ESEA Season 30 after they failed to qualify through the relegation matches and into the next season of ESL Pro League.
Disclaimer: An earlier version of the article stated, that both teams are set to participate in the NA Minors. It has been corrected to reflect the truth.
