Moonton has revealed all 12 teams set to participate in the upcoming M2 World Championship for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Singapore will play host to the M2 World Championship in January 2021 as the best teams from around the world compete for the lion’s share of the $300,000 prize pool.

EVOS SG will be looking to make it a repeat as the winners of the first World Championship, however, Alter Ego, BREN Esports, and other champions of their regions will be looking to dethrone the current crown holder.

Alter Ego recently won the ONE Esports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Invitational over BREN Esports who they faced in the grand finals. The Indonesian team took the series 3-1 over the champions of MPL-Philippines and showed just how strong their lineup can be against the worlds best as they went undefeated through the event.

A total of 12 teams from nine different countries will participate in the event. This is four less than last years event which saw 16 teams competing.
