European esports organization Gaimin Gladiators has made its highly-anticipated entry into the competitive Mobile Legends: Bang Bang scene. The organization made a significant announcement on Twitter yesterday, revealing their acquisition of the talented TheOhioBrothers roster.

This exciting development comes at a time when Moonton Games has announced that North America has secured a coveted slot in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2024 (MSC 2024). Notably, MSC 2024 boasts an unprecedented prize pool of US$3 million, making it the largest in the history of the game.

Comprised of some of the most prominent figures in the MLBB esports scene, TheOhioBrothers roster boasts players who have previously represented North America in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Invitational 2023 and the M5 World Championship.

The lineup includes renowned players Jang “Hoon” Seong-hun and Vo “SHARK” Trung. The team is gearing up to compete in the North America Challenger Tournament 2024, where they will need to navigate the qualifiers in order to secure a spot in the regular season.

The winner of this tournament will earn the opportunity to represent the region at MSC 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a prize pool of US$25,000. Gaimin Gladiators is a globally recognized esports organization, fielding teams in various titles such as Dota 2, PUBG: Mobile, and APEX Legends.

Their Dota 2 division has notably achieved tremendous success, clinching three consecutive major victories at the Lima Major 2023, ESL One Berlin Major 2023, and Bali Major 2023. Additionally, the team secured a second-place finish at The International 2023, earning approximately US$400,000 in prize money.
