Epic Games continues to play with the emotions of grocery shopping lovers everywhere. After reinstating the shopping cart to their hit battle royale game, Fortnite, the game publisher has once again removed the vehicle due to a bug.
In a tweet last night, Epic revealed that they would have to remove the in-game component until they could fix yet another bug related to its use. Previously it was removed for a number of reasons including allowing players to get under the map and fight without being seen. It is thought that this bug may still exist. Other issues involved being able to launch players over great distances which saw quite a few make their trek to the spawn island.
Due to a bug with the Shopping Cart, we’re temporarily disabling it until we have a fix. We’ll update you once the issue is resolved. 🛠️

After missing the fix the first time, the team behind Fortnite is most likely being very thorough this time around to make sure this bug is removed. Several of the tweets most passionate responders are calling for the ban hammer for anyone who has used the bug.
