Almost a month after a domestic violence incident was caught live on Twitch, the reported attacker has returned to live streaming on the platform much to the dismay of the community.
Luke Munday, known as MrDeadMoth on the popular broadcasting platform was streaming on December 9, 2018 when an argument started between he and his wife.
During this argument, Munday took off his headset and made a move toward his wife who was off camera. You could hear what sounded like hitting followed by screaming.
The Australian native was arrested and charged with Common Assault following the incident. Just four days later he appeared in front of a Judge, but the case was delayed until January 10 in order to provide Munday with time to obtain legal guidance.
Going live on Twitch again, MrDeadMoth was the target of several tweets and outcry by the community asking how he was able to return.
The man who beat his wife on stream (MrDeadMoth) is currently live streaming from your platform, how have you allowed this to happen bruh @Twitch

Hopefully everyone is reporting this flog. Actually disgusting he is allowed to be on streaming. Also a piss take he has it in follow mode to comment so naturally milking it for all its worth

It was pointed out by FaZe hazz that a man beating his wife on stream received a lighter punishment than those who use offensive words on stream.
30 day ban for saying prohibited WORDS on stream
14 day ban for literally BEATING your wife on stream
🤷♀️

We are sure this isn’t the end of this discussion and the pitchforks and torches will be brandished even longer until a response is drawn out from Twitch.
