North American Counter Strike team eUnited is set to replace Will “dazzLe” Loafman with Austin “Cooper” Abadir, according to multiple sources. Skyler “Relyks” Weaver will return to the active lineup with the move.

Cooper is the younger brother of former Cloud9 player Ryan “freakazoid” Abadir and was highly sought after by in-game leader Pujan “FNS” Mehta. FNS joined eUnited in late October, replacing Brandon “Ace” Winn on the roster. Cooper officially signed with eUnited on November 1st, but was kept inactive with both IEM Chicago and DreamHack Open Atlanta on their schedule.

eUnited finished in the middle of the pack for both Season 6 of the Esports Championship Series and Season 8 of  ESL Pro League North America, with eighth and seventh place finishes respectively. Their online performance has kept them safe from relegation in both leagues, but was not strong enough for playoff qualification. Just over two weeks remain between now and the IEM Katowice Minor Closed Qualifier to integrate Cooper into the lineup.
