Virtus.pro will alternate between their two Dota 2 squads, and after a one-month vacation of their youth team, they bring VP.Prodigy back to action, while the main roster takes a short break.

VP.Prodigy’s last appearance was made back in early June when they placed third in the Europe and CIS division of ESL One Birmingham Online. Given VP.P’s great performance in April-June of this year, the roster was rumored to be up for sale, as most of the third party tournament organizers forbid the organizations to compete with more than one roster.

However, with Virtus.pro main team finding their stride and claiming the Parimatch League title at the beginning of the month, the organization decided to give VP.P another chance at establishing themselves as one of the top contenders as well and will enlist them in the upcoming OGA Dota PIT Season 2.

VP.Prodigy will fight against other seven teams from EU and CIS for the tournament title and a share of the  $170.000.

OGA Dota PIT Online Season 2: Europe and CIS division will start next week, on the 27th of July and will be played in a double elimination bracket across four days.

 Participating teams:

  • Team Nigma
  • OG
  • Ninjas in Pyjamas
  • Alliance
  • Vikin.gg
  • Natus Vincere
  • FlyToMoon
  • VP.Prodigy
