BTS Pro Series Season 4 came to a close last night with the best-of-five grand finals for the Americas title.

Thunder Predator, representing the SA Dota, made a successful lower bracket campaign to bounce back in the tournament final act where they took down the NA team 4 Zoomers to claim the title. With Quincy Crew skipping this event, the battle for the title was wide open for the eight teams participating. The top four squads from the group stage continued to dominate the playoffs as well, however, the South American Teams Thunder Predator and bestcoast had to prove themselves from the lower bracket rounds after losing the playoffs openers. Beastcoast were defeated in semifinals by SADBOYS, while Thunder Predator lost their first playoff series against 4 Zoomers. The two SA squads survived their first elimination series and were forced to a knock out battle in the third round of the lower bracket. Beastcoast ended up being eliminated in less than 50 minutes by their region fellows, who ran two fast paced Riki line-ups.

While Thunder Predator had a few extra series to conquer in order to reach the grand finals, in the upper side of the bracket, 4 Zoomers sailed through newly resurrected SADBOYS to ensure a top two finish in the event. Despite their smooth tournament run, up until the grand finals, 4 Zoomers found themselves outdrafted and outpaced in the grand finals by the same Riki carry coming from the SA representative.

With the Americas leg also crowning its victors, the fourth season of BTS Pro Series came to an end after three weeks of matches through three major regions. TNC Predator took the spoils in Southeast Asia, Team Spirit were crowned champion in Europe and CIS, while Thunder Predator closed the event with their victory in the Americas division.
