PSG.LGD put on an absolutely breathtaking performance at The International 2018, nearly able to beat everyone in their path except for OG, who bested them twice and claimed the Aegis of Champions. However, a 2nd place finish was extremely promising and the players have now all renewed their contracts and are locked in for the 2018/19 Dota 2 Pro Circuit Season.

The Chinese squad who came within an inch of the coveted title announced earlier today that they had secured all 5 players for the new DPC season as well as Yao ‘QQQ/357’ Yi as their coach and drafter. The PSG.LGD squad managed to excel in the first season of the DPC, coming off of a big roster shuff post TI7. The addition of Yap Jian ‘xNova’ Wei as the position 5 alongside Xu ‘fy’ Linsen seemed to be the perfect combination for the team as they flew to victories at EPICENTER XL and MDL Changsha, with 2nd place finishes at both TI8 and the Dota 2 Asia Championship2 2018.

While it was unlikely that any of the players would have left, it is now confirmed and the PSG.LGD roster for the 2018/19 DPC season is:

  • Wang ‘Ame’ Chunyu
  • Lu ‘Maybe’ Yao
  • Yang ‘Chalice’ Shenyi
  • Xu ‘fy’ Linsen
  • Yap Jian ‘xNova’ Wei
  • Yao ‘QQQ/357’ Yi (Coach)

We are excited to see more amazing plays from these talented group in the upcoming season of the DPC and wish them the best of luck.
