B8 roster changes continue with Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk and Rinat “KingR” Abdullin, the offlane and position 4 support players respectively, officially leaving the team.

Apart from Danil “Dendi” Ishutin, who is the organization founder and the team captain, the players announced to have been released from the roster today are the last two original members of the B8 starting roster. The team was introduced at the end of January this year, but by the end of March the first swap already happened with the young CIS talent Alexandr “pio65” Zalivako being replaced in the carry role. Despite bringing a more experienced position 1 player, B8 still struggled and more changes followed.

More recently, B8 replaced Natus Vincere in the Europe and CIS division of Beyond EPIC and were already playing with two tryouts, letting Ghostik and KingR to sit that one out. The results were far from satisfactory, but it seems that the two stand-ins are given another chance in the ongoing OMEGA League: Europe closed qualifiers.

Today, ahead of their first series in the event, B8 have officially thanked Ghostik and KingR for their contribution and went on taking a clean 2-0 victory over the Czech roster of MOTANCI with Oleg “LastHero” Demidovich playing in the offlane and Enis “5up” Elfki in the position 4 support role.

B8 current roster from position 1 to 5:

  • Arets “Crystallis” Remco
  • Danil “Dendi” Ishutin
  • Oleg “LastHero” Demidovich
  • Enis “5up” Elfki
  • Dmitriy “Fishman” Polishchuk

One of the bigger tests for the new B8 line-up will come on August 5, when they will play in the Group C winner’s match at OMEGA League qualifiers against the newly formed 5 men squad featuring former Cloud 9 and OG.Seed players.
