TI8 Open Qualifiers Signups Went Live on Faceit

Emotions, excitement and a lot of games, it’s that time of the year again.

The International 2018 open qualifiers commence on the 14th of June and each and every single region has a big story waiting to be written.

The introduction of Dota Pro Circuit put huge pressure on the teams this year and only a few have passed the endurance test by staying in the same formula for the past four months. When said out loud four months don’t even sound that long, but combined with the DPC points pressure and a trail of subpar results, we got to the point where each region has some of their most known teams fighting through open qualifiers for a spot at the most important tournament of the year.

The TI8 open qualifiers sign ups can be done already but keep in mind that Valve haven’t announced yet the slots available from opens to closed qualifiers, nor the slots from closed qualifiers to TI8. All these details are expected to come in the aftermath of the Supermajor, happening this week in China and coming to an end on the 2nd of June.

First wave of Europe, CIS, South East Asia, North America and South America open qualifiers will be held on Faceit starting with June 14 while the second wave will start on the 16th of June. Each regional qualifier have 1024 spots available.
