Several teams have already arrived in Bucharest, Romania to bootcamp for a few days before the PGL Bucharest Major kicks off.  Although they are on the road for three weeks now, OpTic Gaming took no time to rest after the ESL One Katowice concluded.

The Major in  Katowice was OpTic’s second Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) event and it didn’t go too well for them. But the entire trip to Europe, the games played last week in Katowice and all the practice done against the European, SEA and the Chinese teams during this time, helped Peter “PPD/Peterpandam” Dager and his team to “change a lot” as he told us.

We had the pleasure to sit and talk to PPD three days ahead of the Bucharest Major.  He was on a small break between two scrims and he was kind enough to share with us his thoughts on which of the European teams he finds to be top contenders in the upcoming Major and a bit of insight on the never ending rivalry between him and his former teammate from HoN days, Kyle “melonzz” Freedman. We also spoke about what we should expect from OpTic Gaming at the Bucharest Major and how did the team change since they began their three weeks trip in Europe.
