Russian Counter-Strike organization Virtus.pro is working on the re-acquisition of Janusz “Snax” Pogorzelski from Mousesports, according to multiple sources close to both organizations. Virtus.pro is in the process of reassembling their lineup after a failure to qualify for the IEM Katowice Major in early 2019.
VPEsports has reported the intention of Virtus.pro to build their new lineup around Michal “snatchie” Rudzki and Michał “MICHU” Müller. Additionally, they are working on adding Mateusz “TOAO” Zawistowski from AGO Esports if a transfer can be negotiated. The likely addition of Snax leaves the lineup with one final spot to fill on the active roster. It is not apparent at this time who they will choose, but it is expected it will be a fifth Polish player.
Snax departed Virtus.pro for Mousesports this past June where he would go on ESL One: New York 2018. Just a short time later, Snax was benched and STYKO replaced him on the active roster. Prior to making the move to Mousesports Snax played for Virtus.pro for over three years, winning ESL One Katowice 2014 and a number of other tournaments. Should all reported transfers occur, the current Virtus.pro lineup would contain:
🇵🇱 Michal “snatchie” Rudzki

🇵🇱 Mateusz “TOAO” Zawistowski
