The broadcast team has been revealed for the next installment of the BLAST Pro Series. The event set to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark will begin this Friday and run through Saturday for the dates of November 2-3.
The talent lineup features some of the scenes biggest names alongside some position swaps. Alex “MACHINE” Richardson will not be serving as a host nor a commentator which he is known to moonlight in. Instead, the prominent esports figure will be making up a portion of the analyst desk alongside three former professionals in the form of Christine “potter” Chi, Chad “SPUNJ” Burchill, and Mathieu “Maniac” Quiqerez.
Fear not, however, as Adam Savage and a legend of esports, Paul “ReDeYe” Chaloner will take up the role of host for the event.
The commentators will feature the upcoming duo of Mohan “launders” Govindasamy and Conner “Scrawny” Girvan alongside the top-level duos of Anders Blume and Jason “moses” O’Toole and Matthew “Sadokist” Trivett and Henry “HenryG” Greer.
The $250,000 event will take place in front of a sold-out crowd with all 12,000 seats set to be filled according to the tournament organizer.
Teams will be competing in best-of-one matches, all running simultaneously during each round. The grand finals will be played as a best-of-three between the top two teams at the end of all rounds.
