Heroic has secured the trophy and a check for $50,000 after defeating Sprout in the grand finals of DreamHack Open Atlanta.

The Danish side took the series 2-0 against the German squad thanks to a massive performance from Casper “cadiaN” Møller. The team’s star AWPer put up a combined 50-16 record across the two maps for a kill differential of +34 in the finals with a total of 90.7 average damage per round.

It wasn’t a one-man show, however, as Johannes “b0RUP” Borup put up a massive 104.7 ADR on map one, Train.

Heroic went flawless in their run to the finals and continued that streak as they finish the tournament without dropping a map. A victory here will help the team move up the rankings and work towards receiving invitations to more tier-one events where they will look to prove they have what it takes to compete at the top of the CS:GO scene.
