Ghost Gaming has confirmed a change to their roster. The organization has announced Ryan “freakazoid” Abadir as the Counter-Strike squads new fifth after talks which we reported in mid-December.

The move comes on the back of several roster adjustments being made by the new ESL Pro League team, having earned their way through the Mountain Dew League.

freakazoid’s brother, Austin “cooper-” Abadir had accepted an offer from eUnited, causing a bit of drama and leaving Swole Patrol in a tough situation. The team would overcome and obtain their place in the Pro League, but freakazoid’s time with the team would end there as he sought out a new home in the EPL.

Recently our team has received word that Jørgen “cromen” Robertsen is in talks and practicing with Swole Patrol which could lead to him replacing Abadir on the team. He would be joining the squads new lineup alongside two other fresh additions in Victor “food” Wong and Anthony “vanity” Malaspina.

Ghost Gaming is led by Joshua “steel” Nissan and has plenty of firepower with rising star AWPer Matthew “WARDELL” Yu alongside Jason “neptune” Tran and Kenneth “koosta” Suen. Ghost signed a multi-year deal with WARDELL back in November, making him somewhat of a franchise player for the squad.

The team will make its debut with Abadir at iBUYPOWER Masters IV which kicks off today.
