More teams are packing their bags after being eliminated from the StarLadder CS:GO Major in Berlin. Both MIBR and FaZe are making their exits following defeat in the 1-2 pool.
FaZe went up against Renegades in a best-of-three series that saw a lot of resilience out of the Australian and New Zealand mix. Renegades would bounce back on the third an final map with a fantastic CT side to secure the series 2-1 over the international mix and it appears may have been the rosters last time together.
It is expected a roster move or two is on the horizon for FaZe clan.
MIBR were paired up against Natus Vincere in their elimination match and Denis ‘electronic’ Sharipov made sure there was no chance for the Brazilian lineup. In the 2-0 victory, the Russian star dropped a +39 kill-to-death ratio alongside a whopping 119.8 average damage per round. Na’Vi took Mirage and Inferno 16=11 and 16-4 respectively.
Both Na’Vi and Renegades have kept their dreams alive and moved into the 2-2 pool joining G2 and mousesports with another two teams out of Liquid, Astralis, CR4ZY, and North will be making an appearance by the end of the day.
The final day should be an intense one with legendary players and teams like Astralis, Na’Vi, G2, and more fighting for their tournament life and Legends status.
