ESL One announced a week ago that for their last Major in the current Dota Pro Circuit they will be going to a country where they’ve never been before.

It was revealed today that Birmingham, UK will be the home for ESL One’s last Major, which is also the second to last event in the Dota Pro Circuit. ESL One Birmingham will take place between 23 and 27 of May, however, same as all the previous ESL One events, only the last three days of the playoffs will be played in front of a live audience.
ESL One Birmingham full schedule:
Open qualifiers: April 14-15
Regional qualifiers: April 19-22
Main event group stage: May 23-24
Main event playoffs: May 25-27
ESL one Birmingham will accommodate 12 teams, six directly invited and six qualified. The playoffs will be hosted at the Arena Birmingham, a venue that can welcome up to a maximum of 15,800 visitors.
Playoffs tickets will go on sale tomorrow, March 14, at 11 AM GMT/12 PM CET via ESL One’s official website, with prices ranging from £14 for a day ticket to £129 for the premium experience.
ESL One playoffs schedule:
Friday, 25th of May: two best of three quarterfinals
Saturday, 26th of May: two best-of-three semifinals
Sunday, 27th of May: best-of-three third place decider followed by the best-of-five grand final
As all previous Majors in the Dota Pro Circuit, ESL One Birmingham will have a prize pool of one million Dollars and 1500 DPC points.
